These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fewigu website and mobile app, and any subscription or purchase you make through them. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
The services are provided by Fewigu ("Fewigu", "we", "us", "our"), a business operating in the United Kingdom. Our mobile app helps people with irregular income plan and manage their budgets.
If you need to contact us about these Terms, an order or a complaint, please use the email address above. We aim to reply within a reasonable time, normally within five working days.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you contact us or place an order, and to use the app only for lawful personal budgeting purposes. You are responsible for keeping your device and any login details secure.
The app is a budgeting aid. It does not provide regulated financial, tax, investment or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
To place an order, follow the on-screen steps on our website or in the app, review the details of your selected plan and price, and submit your order. Before you submit, you will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors.
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. A contract between you and Fewigu comes into existence only when we confirm your order, which we do by showing a confirmation page and sending a confirmation message to the email address you provided. If we cannot accept your order, for example because of a pricing error or a technical problem, we will tell you promptly and will not take payment, or will refund any payment already taken.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT at the prevailing rate. The price of your chosen plan is shown before you submit your order. We may change our prices from time to time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods offered at checkout. For recurring plans, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee at the interval shown when you ordered until you cancel. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
The features included in each plan are described on our website at the time you order. We may update or improve the app over time, but we will not remove core features of a plan you have paid for during the period you have already paid for.
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email to [email protected] or by phone on +44 114 716 1796, stating your name and the email address used for the order.
If you ask us to begin providing the service or digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to the time you tell us you wish to cancel. Once digital content has been fully supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, the right to cancel may be lost. We will make this clear before you complete your order.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access until then unless we agree otherwise. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing that a refund is owed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content and services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right, including by repair, replacement or a price reduction or refund where the law entitles you to one. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us by email at [email protected], by phone on +44 114 716 1796, or by post to 34 Eyre Street, Sheffield, S14 5SE. Please include your name, contact details and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly and aim to give you a full response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service; we will tell you about suitable options if this happens.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a contract is limited to the amount you paid us under that contract, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
This website sets only one cookie, called privacy_state. It stores your consent choice and is kept for one year. We do not use analytics on this site, and we set no other cookies. Advertising measurement runs only if you consent, and only on the order confirmation page.
We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability, where these rights apply. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We will publish updated Terms on this page, and where a change materially affects an ongoing subscription we will notify you in advance.
For any question about these Terms, please contact Fewigu at [email protected], by phone on +44 114 716 1796, or by post at 34 Eyre Street, Sheffield, S14 5SE, United Kingdom.
